This letter is a testimonial about my experience with my realtor Alex O’Neill.
I lived in the Naples Verona Walk community for 10 years. When it was time to sell my house I contracted with an acquaintance that had limited real estate experience. I assumed that since the market was hot my house would sell in minutes. Nine months later, my house was still for sale and I was left scratching my head, wondering. Other houses in the neighborhood were flying off the market and I couldn’t figure out why I had barely a knock on the door.

And from there, the selling experience got even better. Throughout the entire closing process, Alex contacted me literally every day. If I didn’t answer the phone, he was actually knocking on my door 30 seconds later to make sure I was updated and in the loop the whole time. Impressive.
Of course, I enlisted his assistance with trying to find a new place to live. He knew exactly what I wanted. He called me and I could tell from his excitement that he had good news. He came over right away to show me a listing that had just come on the market. He took me to see it in person that morning. When we got there, I knew I was going to buy the place before we even walked inside. I made an offer and had a contract that night. From there, once again, Alex made the entire closing process nearly effortless.
Thank you, Alex. Buying and selling a house is probably the most stressful financial experience most people will ever have. You’ve perfected the process. With your help, I actually sold a house and bought another within hours. I can’t tell you how lucky I feel that you handled this for me. I’ve never had such confidence in an individual.

Unfortunately I probably won’t ever get to use your services again, since you already found my dream house for me… That is, until you find that perfect beachfront condo for me in the islands. Haha
